The study is managed under the below management structure:

Secretariat

SC, participated by all the members, gives the overall strategic guidance for the study. MG, made up of smaller number of the members, is tasked with day-to-day management and coordination of the study. The members of the MG, nominated from amongst the SC members, are as follows:
Partner countries: Cambodia, Ghana, Malawi, Vietnam
Donors: DFID, GTZ, JICA and World Bank
The SC and MG are supported by a secretariat hosted and funded by JICA.
