JICA programs in Japan continue after the Great East Japan Earthquake

The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has decided to implement JICA programs in Japan except for those provided in some of the earthquake-affected regions (particularly coastal areas of Iwate, Miyagi, and Fukushima prefectures, and the area within 30 km of the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power station).

The decision was made in response to the announcements and information of the Japanese government that Japan is safe to visit and stay in.

JICA invites all participants to come to Japan and attend the program.
