Terminal Evaluation

Terminal evaluation is performed upon the completion of a project, focusing on its efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability. Based upon the results of the evaluation, JICA determines whether it is appropriate to complete the project or necessary to extend follow-up cooperation.
