The Introductory Course and the Field-focused Courses, what are called “JICA Scholarship Seminars”, are projected to be given to all the participants of JICA Scholarship program.
Participants of JICA Scholarship program are requested to arrange their schedule in order to be able to participate in an Introductory Course (held at Tokyo) and one of the Field-focused Courses during their stay in Japan.
Following expenses will be born by JICA in case of participating in the Introductory Course or the Field-focused Course.

Transportation between the place of the university / research institute and the place of the seminar as well as transportation during the seminar.

Accommodation
|
In principle, Participants will stay in the accommodations arranged by JICA during the seminar.
Partial participation is not acceptable unless permitted by JICA before the start of the seminar.
