Video Message from JICA President Kitaoka for the Virtual High-level Political Forum Side Event

On July 13, JICA President Kitaoka delivered a video message for the Virtual High-level Political Forum Side Event titled "From Page to Action: Accountability for the Furthest Left Behind in COVID-19 & Beyond". He emphasized the importance of human security and also expressed a new initiative with an aim to establish resilient health and medical systems throughout the world.
