Amidst the extensive socioeconomic and political consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic still in effect, the Russian invasion of Ukraine broke out this February. This has created a crisis on top of another crisis, or compounded crises that have put the world into an extremely precarious situation. ![]() Today’s compounded crises have more serious impacts on developing countries, in particular, on vulnerable populations.
