A new estimate by Naohiro Kitano, a professor at Waseda University and also a visiting fellow at the JICA Ogata Sadako Research Institute for Peace and Development, is revealed in a paper.
The paper presents updated estimates of China’s foreign aid between 2001 and 2020.
