Background and Objective

Turkey's economy showed rapid growth with the tight fiscal policy after 2011 crisis. However, this rapid growth rate is decreased in 2007. Therefore, in order to maintain the Turkey's economic development, provision of training oppurtunities and consultancy services for SMEs is suggested through Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization (KOSGEB) in the "SME Strategy Action Plan". This project will support KOSGEB's SME Accrediting System for the implementation of Strategy Action Plan.

Project Description

The objective of the Study is to formulate and recommend the improvement of consulting services of KOSGEB through establishing the effective consulting support model and quality assurance system of SME consultants in KOSGEB.
