当イベントにつきまして、開催に向けて感染症対策等の準備を進めておりましたが、東京都内において新型コロナウィルスの感染者が複数確認されている状況から、大変残念ではございますが、皆様の健康と安全を第一に考え、この度延期の判断に至りました。直前のご案内となり、また、楽しみにしていただいた皆様には大変申し訳ございませんが、ご理解くださいますようよろしくお願い致します。
延期後の開催日程については、決定次第ご連絡を申し上げます。

Thank you so much for your interest and registration to AFRI CONVERSE. While we have worked tirelessly to convene it with possible prevention measures for infectious diseases, given the mutiplying effects of infection with coronavirus in Tokyo, we have reached to a regrettable decision to postpone the event with prioritizing health and safety of participants. We would like to convey our sincere apologies for this sudden notification and to ask your kind understanding. The date after postponent has not been decided yet and will be notified upon confirmation. Thank you once again.
