The Grant Agreement on the Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS) with the total amount of JPY 348 million (approx. USD 3,23 million)
Phnom Penh - 29 June, 2020, a Grant Agreement of the "Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS)" with the total amounted of JPY 348 million (approx. USD 3,23 million) was signed by Ministry of Economy and Finance and Japan International cooperation Agency (JICA).
The Project aims to resolve development challenges in Cambodia by supporting the young government officials who are expected to become leaders in Cambodia for obtaining Master's or Doctor's degree in Japanese higher educational institutions.
