JICA provides the training for PNTL to deepen the understanding of Community Policing model and acquire knowledge related to field activities. The trainings are conducted in Indonesia where they also introduced Community Policing Activity and JICA has been supporting by implementing Technical Cooperation Project for long time.

Total 31 participants with two groups, including OPS and KPK members, attended training in Indonesia in October and December 2019.

The instructors trained by the JICA project conducted the lectures utilizing some case studies on Inter personal skill, Patrol and Communication, and Task Management.

The participants are expected to make use of their experiences and discoveries through this training for their activities in the communities.
