The Japan International Cooperation Agency will provide emergency relief goods as below in response to a request from the Government of Albania relating to the earthquake.

1. Disaster situation
The earthquake, which happened around 3:54(local time)on 26th November has caused serious human and property damage. According to the Government of Albania, the damage situation as of 27th November was as follows:

Injured 650
Collapsed houses Hundreds

2. Goods supplied
A. Emergency relief goods (from the JICA warehouse in Singapore)
Tents
Sleeping pads

B. Shipping schedule
The goods will be transported from the JICA warehouse in Singapore to Tirana on the next available flight.
