On 17th of February 2018 KRJC conducted Karaoke contest in Japanese language. Students of Universities and schools in Bishkek interested in Japanese culture and language took a part in the contest. Knowledge of Japanese language was not mandatory the only requirement was to sing a song in Japanese language.
Special guests of the contest with music program were pupils of Bilimkana-Kant-Luxemburg school and secondary school named after I. Arabaev (Kochkor).
Contest winners were representatives of Kyrgyz Russian Slavic University, Bilimkana –Bishkek, Bishkek Humanities University. They were awarded with certificates and prizes. All other participants of the contests received memorable prizes from KRJC.
Akylai (one of the contest winners): "I really wanted to participate in Karaoke contest in Japanese language. I applied for participation and was selected. It was very exciting. Atmosphere during the contest was very friendly and comfortable. My sincere appreciation to the organizers of the event".
