On April 4-6, 2018 for the first time Kyrgyz -Japanese Center conducted unique seminar "How to guide subordinates? Japanese style of management and growing subordinates" for the owners of business and top management.
Highly professional Japanese business coach Mr. Tadao Yuasa introduced mission and role of middle managers, and also effective communication skills with subordinates, using method of HORENSO (in Japanese it means "шпинат"), which in Japanese means "report", "clarify" and "consult". During three days training, participants actively discussed with each other and presented their cases, receiving advice from the expert. Participants also had the opportunity to reveal their leadership skills and how to manage/coordinate/instruct subordinates to strengthen the capacity of organization. Also, some participants after the second day of the seminar have already begun to apply the acquired knowledge and skills in their workplace.
We hope that the gained knowledge not only implement but also help to improve daily work of each participant, the relations in the teams, and ultimately influence the creation of a new culture of relationships within companies and organizations.
