Festivals of Japanese culture are already well known and loved by children. They are looking forward to it, that event would take them into the culture of the Land of the Rising Sun. So, on 19th of May 2018, festival supported by JICA volunteers in one of the schools in the Ak-Suu district of the Issyk-Kul region was conducted.
The festival program was traditionally fascinating. Volunteers together with children sang songs, danced and played traditional game "Fukuwarai" player with blindfolds must make a portrait application from pre-prepared fragments.
Besides, volunteers introduced the children to the basics of karate, and "Kara-Jorgo" physical exercise to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Participants of the festival left with pleasant impression of the event. Our volunteers will continue to introducing Japanese culture to children.
