JDS Fellows' courtesy call to the Vice Prime Minister

On 17 August 2018, Vice Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ms. Omurbekova Altynai met with 15 finalists JDS Project (12th Batch fellows) who will depart to Japan for obtaining Master's degree in Japanese universities.

The Vice Prime Minister in her farewell words to the fellows said that the young civil servants are the future leaders of Kyrgyzstan, instructed them to receive high-quality knowledge within two years, which in future will be used for the benefit of Kyrgyzstan.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Kyrgyz Republic Yamamuro Yoshihiro emphasized the importance of JDS Project. He stressed that the basis of the development of any state is education. Thanks to citizens' aspiring towards quality education and improving existing skills and knowledge it is possible to lay a solid foundation for the future of the country.

In their turn, 12th Batch Fellows expressed their gratitude towards Japanese Government and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for their strong support.
