«One Village One Product» (OVOP) project is now producing new products nectar apple, apricot, sea buckthorn juices with the help of Japanese expert. They are available in Karakol, Bishkek shops and OVOP Center.
A short-term food expert Hayakawa Yoshiichi from Nagano, Japan already dispatched to OVOP several times to teach how to improve the quality of the food products and to train local producers according to the international standard.
OVOP project produces varieties of food products by utilizing local resources, such as jams, juices, salts, mushrooms, cookies which are handmade by local producers. One of the tasks of producers is to ensure high-quality of the products and keeping its original taste by showing uniqueness of the region.
