JICA office receives message of appreciation for Mr. Nakagawa (JICA Senior Volunteer) from Chief Justice of Papua New Guinea.

On 5th February 2014, Chief Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Papua New Guinea (PNG) office Mr. Shigeru Sugiyama interviewed Chief Justice Sir Salamo Injia regarding the work of Senior Volunteer (SV) Mr. Koichi Nakagawa as the IT advisor at the National Supreme Court.

Mr. Nakagawa has achieved an enormous success and received considerable praise from Sir Injia in his code of work. Some of his prominent tasks out lined by Sir Injia included dealing with daily troublesome with IT equipment & softwares, upgrade of the court WEB site, development and maintenance management of the Web site and improvement of the operating system including judicial precedent database. The following statements are actual remarks from Chief Justice Sir Salamo injia concerning the work of Mr. Nakagawa which was produced the next day after the interview.
