Socialization for the second year of PSBM was held on 20th and 21st April in Serang City, Serang District and Pandeglang District, Banten Province.

PELITA team had concerned for local government’s attention because local government will manage PSBM program by their own budget and no JICA fund since 2011. However, more government officers participated on socialization comparing the socialization in 2009. Governor or representation of governor, representation of local parliament, regional planning and development and board of education also attended to give speeches. Governor of Pandeglang District declared that JICA’s support is not everlasting and we have to continue this program by our budget. This speech was welcomed by audience with big applause.

Participants were representation of TPK and schools from three districts. They took a note while speech or presentation and PELITA team found they were highly motivated for this program of the 2nd year.
