Participants are expected to disseminate and implement Lesson Study at their each Kab upaten/Kota or Province after this training. During 2 weeks of training, most participants got interested in Lesson Study, discussed each other, visited MGMP (subject Teacher Support Group) and school with high motivation, and conducted reflection. After training, participants from LPMP Nusa Tenggara and LPMP North Maluku have already started socialization of Lesson Study in their own Province, inviting a lecturer from State University of Malang as a guest speaker.

However, there is also an issue to be considered. This one time training is probably enough for starting the socialization of the concept of Lesson Study, but not enough for actually implementing Lesson Study in daily school activities because it requires intensive technical support to principals and teachers. For Lesson Study to be implemented in each region, how to follow-up the participants of TOT has to be considered.

The 2nd National Trainers Training will be held in August to October in the same 3 venue for participants from Center for Development and Empowerment of Teachers and Educational Personnel, Balai Diklat ,etc.
