The Project for Enhancing Capacity in PIP Management (PCAP2) is a JICA technical cooperation project to strengthen management methods for the Public Investment Program in the Lao PDR.
The project works with the Ministry of Planning and Investment to establish a sound management cycle for public investment projects throughout the country.
