On July 14th 2011, the 5th Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) meeting, which is the highest decision making committee for the Project, was held.

At the JCC meeting, the modified PDM2 which reflected the Mid-term review (also see "Outline of the Project") was proposed, and approved by the JCC members. After this, activities would be executed based on this PDM2.

In addition to the PDM2, PO2 (Plan of Operation version 2), DPO (Detail Plan of Operation), and APO2011 (Annual Plan of Operation 2011) were also approved at the meeting.
