Training in Japan – Report from a Trainee

On October 5, Mr. Hector Anibal Rodriguez, a Project personnel, returned to Panama after having participated in nearly a month of training in Japan.  The following day, October 6, was the second day of the Project's third internal workshop so we took the opportunity to ask him to report on the results of his training in Japan.

In the report that he had prepared about his training in Japan, he made a comparison between agriculture in Japan today and that in Panama and analyzed the techniques that could be applied and those that would be difficult to apply in Panama.  At the end, he presented his Plan of Action for applying the techniques in our Project.  It is our intention to work together so that the fruits of this training will contribute to the results of the Project.
