The third Joint Coordinating Committee meeting was held on October 28, 2008.  Our Project Director, Mr. Carlos Melgarejo, who is also the Director of Integrated Watershed Management, served as a skillful moderator in the meeting where the Project's advancements to date were reported, and the course of action for 2009 was approved.  (The chart below shows the themes of discussion for that day.)
