We Participated in a Local Environmental Fair

On March 14 and 15, 2009, we participated in an "Environmental Culture Fair" in Chilibre, which is in the Alhajuela Project's area, sponsored by the Chilibre and Chilibrillo Rivers Watershed Committee.  Since our Project carries out environmental conservation activities in the area, we were invited by the Committee to participate in the fair and decided to accept the invitation.  We set up various exhibition panels at our stand and Project staff distributed leaflets to the public informing them about the Project.  Also, at our stand, some of the our Project's farmer groups sold produce that they had harvested from their group farms.
