Alhajuela Project's 4th Internal Workshop

During the 16th and 17th of March 2009, the Project held its fourth internal workshop, which has come to be a part of our Project "culture".  The themes of discussion for the day were as follows:

  1. Review and approve the Annual Plan of Activities
  2. Study the (tentative) PDMver3
  3. Evaluate the advances in each group's activities and identify pending issues.
  4. Report on the environmental education training received in Japan.

Establishing an extension system has been a major theme that has been discussed repeatedly in the previous internal workshops. Initially it was an ambiguous topic that we discussed while wondering, "what is an extension system".  We have come to the point now, though, where we can talk about concrete items that are missing in the extension system.
