He is bringing rice to market

The project is selecting pilot sites from Dien Bien District and Dien Bien Dong District, since they have established District Project Management Unit already, but also considering selecting a denuded hill, which is well seen from the center of the provincial capital, in Dien Bien Phu city as the pilot site. To study actual situations of the candidate site, we visited the people's committee of Ta Leng Commune today. From the project office to the people's committee of Ta Leng Commune, it took around twenty minutes. After going 5 minutes by car from our project office, the scenery and road condition had began to be changed. The scenes in Ta Leng Commune are showing below as photos.

At Ta Leng Commune, we met the chairman of the people's committee and other three representatives, and Mr. Ky, Project Manage and Mr. GOSEKI, Chief Advisor, explained purpose of visit and outline of the project. Finally Ta Leng Commune people's committee agreed to select Ta Leng Commune as a candidate of the pilot sites.
