One of the project’s targets is to transfer technology knowledge’s of Dairy cattle for National Trainers (the project’s counterparts) in order that at the end of the project they enable to transfer these technologies for local technicians. Thus, NTs have responsibility to assist the project’s experts whenever they have activities in the project. In the experts’ turn, they implement transferring technologies for NTs any possible time and create opportunity for them to fulfill their tasks.

As a result, whenever a short-term expert comes to the project, they will spend time to transfer knowledge for NTs before holding training courses for local technicians.
