Explanatory meeting for tax officials about new circular of Transfer Pricing

7 July, 2010 – 14 July, 2010

To explain a new guideline of market price in business transaction between associated parties (Circular 66/2010/TT-BTC) to tax officials, the meetings were held in Hai Duong and Da Lat. Mr. Hasegawa attended the meetings at Hia Duong and Da Lat on 7/7 and 14/7 respectively and gave related information and advice based on Japanese experience on the issue.
