Vietnamese tax officials participated in study-visit for Inland Revenue Department, Hong Kong special administrative region
Telephone consulting center of IRD
12-15 October, 2010
The project organized study-visit for IRD, Hong Kong. Six Vietnamese officials and one long term expert participated. Participants learned taxpayer service including the management of each procedure on tax, the management of telephone consulting center and the methods how to promote electric filing as well as making an on-site visit for telephone consulting center and exchanging the opinions on taxpayer service with IRD officials. The participants also interviewed with tax professionals in Hong Kong on the system of tax professional in Hong Kong, the relationship between IRD and tax professionals, and their activities for public purpose.
