Seminar on Transfer Pricing

In 2010, Circular on Transfer Pricing was amended, so companies have to take some actions for this. Transfer Pricing is a rule for companies which have transactions with related companies in capital contribution, managing boards and so on. Under this rule, companies have to file its income derived from transactions with related companies which were deemed to be at the market price (not actual price).

Mr. Hasegawa, JICA long term expert took part in the seminar at Thang Long industrial zone sponsored by Japanese accounting office in corporation with GDT and VTCA, and exchanged the views on necessary steps for avoiding double taxation and on ideas of similar transaction which shall be used for market price calculation.
