Record of Discussion signing ceremony

A signing ceremony for Record of Discussions of the Phase 2 was held in GDT. Mr Hiroaki Nakagawa, Resident Representative, JICA Vietnam Office and Mr Nguyen Van Nin, Director General, General Department of Taxation, signed the Record of Discussion, which was an official agreement between both the governments, to confirm implementation of 3 years Phase 2 project starting at 1st August, 2008.
