GDT awarded Resident Representative of JICA Vietnam a certificate of merit
A certificate of merit awarding ceremony for Mr. Nakagawa
On the occasion of Mr Hiroaki Nakagawa’s (Resident Representative, JICA Vietnam) leaving for home, GDT recognized his contribution to GDT through JICA Phase 1 & 2 projects and presented him a certificate of merit.
