Experience: At least 2 years experience of working in any company/organization
(Working experience in government sector will be an advantage.)
Others: Experience of studying in Japanese university will be an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting Japanese and Thai staff in charge of long tern scholarship s in every step of procedure from contacting the candidates, interviews, orientation, prior con sultation and supporting visa application.
• Follow up and monitoring of scholarship students in Japan
• Follow up, monitoring and updating status of ex scholarship students returned to Thailand
• Updating scholarship students database
• Arranging networking events or alumni activities for scholarship students
• Works concerning receiving Thai internship students to our office
• PR work of JICA activities or Japan's ODA including uploading the articles on SNS
• Other duties instructed by JICA Chief Representative
