TSC2 project accepted Skill Exchange Program from Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Lao PDR from 19th to 22nd October.
The mission consisted of 3 members, Mr. Kazumasa Watanabe (Irrigation Development Policy Advisor, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Lao PDR), Mr. Nouanedeng Rajvong (Deputy Director General, Department of Irrigation, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Lao PDR) and Mr. Amphay Phannouluck (Deputy Director, Operation & Maintenance Division, Department of Irrigation, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Lao PDR).
We believe it was productive experience for each other that exchange of views by workshop and also exchange program with local farmers by site observation.
