Survey for rehabilitation of tertiary canal in Kandal Stung model site was conducted on 19th to 21th November 2008. This survey serves both as maintenance of irrigation system and human resource development that conducted by staff of Provincial Department of Water Resources and Meteorology (PDWRAM) through their own skill and knowledge getting from training in TSC. Counter-parts of TSC supports them all the time.

PDWRAM will carry designing, estimation, constructional management supported by Technical Service Center (TSC).
