On 14th December, Mr. Kawaguchi welcomed by all counterparts of Technical Service Center because this is his third time assignment throughout from phase 1. He is watching over the growth of survey section from the beginning of the center.
In this time, counterparts studies not only data collection and analysis but also irrigation planning using a sort of software and satellite photo and data.
Mr. Kawaguchi working with us until early February.
