Conducting Training Course on Design Drawing and Cost Estimation of Irrigation Canal and Canal Structure.
This 3 weeks training course having 15 participants from several Provincial Department of Water Resources and Meteorology (PDWRAM) started from 19th January.
Now a day PDWRAM is not exception in that most of design and drawing have been digitalized in Cambodia.
So that it is of particularly high interest to participants. Some of participants are first time to operate computer. And most of them were trying to catch up everything in training.
