Workshop for Mid and Long Term Human Resource Development Plan in TSC
Around 120 participants including from all Provincial Department of Water Resource and Meteorology (PDWRAM), Central Department of MOWRAM and also from several donor agencies attended Workshop for Mid and Long Term Human Resource Development Plan in TSC on 23rd March 2009.
In the workshop, reviewing of 35 implemented training courses, the degree of the utilization of technical learning on TSC training course and mid and long term human resources development plan were discussed.
H.E Lim Kean Hor, Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology, Mr. Kazuhiro Yoneda, Chief Representative of JICA Cambodia Office and other honorable guest were presided and Minister of MOWRAM has expressed his institutional vision for TSC, his concerned of mid and long term development plan in his opening remarks.
