Technical Service Center, Irrigation and Meteorology start of library service from April　 2009. At present, there are 1,097 books specially in field of irrigation technology, and total No.of titles is 446.
Library regulation of lending books is following.

Rules of Library

Rules on the use of library in Technical Service Center (TSC) hereinafter defined.

1. Hours of Opening: 8:30 – 11:30, 14:30 – 16:30 excluding public holiday.
2. Entering Library: Please contact with admin office of TSC.
3. Users: MOWRAM/ JICA Officials,
   Others who director, TSC would permit to.
4. Access to Books: All books and documents are available to access in library.
5. Circulation: Limit of circulation:  5 books/Documents
   Period of circulation:  2 weeks
6. Copy Service: Not to be provided, in principle
7. List:   List is available in library and Data is also available in PCs in library and following website (PDF/436KB)
   
8. The use of PC: Please contact with admin office of TSC.
