1. Entrance routes
Construction work is ongoing on the second floor of the building. For this reason, the entrance door on the Circle Walk side has been sealed. Visitors to the museum must use the stairs in the entrance lobby (ground floor).
2. Notice of reference room closure
An extensive renovation of ventilation and fire suppression systems is currently underway at JICA Yokohama and is expected to last from April 2023 to March 2025. For this reason, the Japanese Overseas Migration Museum’ reference room has been temporarily closed. The reopening is scheduled for August 6th, 2024.
