Project Outline The objective of the Project is to enhance river management capacity of National Directorate of Road, Bridge and Flood Control, Ministry of Public Works with understanding of the fundamental principle and development procedure of flood control plans by developing flood control plans of structural measures for reducing flood disaster risks and a river maintenance and management guideline in river basins in Dili City.
