JICA decided to terminate the measures against the following company as shown below.
Central Consultant Inc. (Japan)
Period: From May 20, 2021 to July 19, 2021 (2 months)
The decision was made because the company has submitted measures to prevent reoccurrences that is stipulated in Item 1, Paragraph 1 of Article 9 (End or Termination of Measures) in "JICA Rules for Fraudulent Practice, etc. in Projects of ODA Loan and Grant Aid" (Rule No. 43 (Proc.) of 2008) and "JICA Rules on Measures against Persons Engaged in Fraudulent Practice, etc. in Projects of ODA Loan and Grant Aid" (Rule No. 43 (Proc.) of 2008).
