Termination of the Measures against Fraud

JICA decided to terminate the measures against the following company as shown below.
- Alfresa Corporation (Japan)
- SUZUKEN CO., LTD. (Japan)
- TOHO PHARMACEUTICAL CO., LTD. (Japan)
Period: From March 19, 2021 to December 18, 2021 (9 months)
The decision was made because each of these companies has submitted a compliance program that is stipulated in Item 2, Paragraph 1 of Article 8 (End or Termination of Measures) in "JICA Rules on Measures against Fraudulent Practices, etc. in Contracts Awarded by JICA" (Rule No. 42 (Proc.) of 2008).
