Third Technical Strategic Orientation Committee (CTOS) of the Road Maintenance Capacity Development Project (PDCER)

The third Technical Strategic Orientation Committee of the Road maintenance Capacity Development Project was held on Thursday June 15 at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Opening up. It was attended by the Minister of Infrastructures and Opening up, His Excellency the Japanese Ambassador to Burkina, the JICA Resident Representative and members of the Committee. The work of the CTOS, which was chaired by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Infrastructures and Opening up, enabled the Project's "Design Matrix" and "Operations Plan" to be updated. As a reminder, the PDCER is a Technical Cooperation Project financed by JICA to improve asphalt road maintenance by setting up a road maintenance brigade
