High-Level Meeting: JICA President D-r Tanaka Met with the President and Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan

On 5th of September, President of JICA D-r Tanaka met with President Mr. Sadyr Japarov and Chairman of Cabinet Ministers Mr. Akylbek Japarov. The parties discussed collaboration on the socio-economic development of Kyrgyzstan.

Kyrgyz site expressed gratitude for the cooperation and support of Japan and JICA to Kyrgyzstan. In turn, President Tanaka expressed noted that about the success of OVOP Project that now is holding the national status and mentioned about graduates of JDS Program who strengthen the cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Japan. Sides agreed to continue to develop bilateral economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Japan.
