Project News

The pilot management training was conducted for 32 nursing supervisors in Central Division from 6 to 8 December 2012. A participatory method was applied at the training, and the participants learned about the nursing management through the lectures, discussions and group work. Observing how this training was conducted, it became inevitable that many of the Fijian counterparts have necessary facilitation skills to implement a similar training on their own in the future.
