Following the Competency Standard (CS) training in March, the CS assessment training was conducted by the Ministry of Health (MOH) team. The Reproductive Health (RH) supervisors and nurses who would conduct their CS assessment in May were given high priority of the training. Twenty supervisors and eighteen RH nurses in Tongatapu Island group received the training in total. Same as the previous time in 2011 and 2012, firstly the RH nurses would implement the CS self-assessment then the RH supervisors would assess the CS of their staffs.
