On 28 March 2013, the project held the third video conference among management teams in three countries involved in the project; namely, Fiji, Tonga, and Vanuatu. This conference has been held once to twice a year with the purposes to share information in relation to the project implementation and to monitor the project progress as a whole. First, each country gave a simple presentation on the progress of the project activities according to the Project Design Matrix (PDM). This was followed by discussion on common challenges facing during the project implementation. The participants had a fruitful discussion on how to sustain the project outputs and how to assure the quality of activities.
