The Inter-ministerial Joint Committee (the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC)) held the Drafting Groups Meeting on the Inter-ministerial Prakas on Immovable Registration pertaining to the Code of Civil Procedure in the Siem Reap Province on 13-15 July 2010.

During the seminar the Inter-ministerial Joint Committee (the MOJ and the MLMUPC) examined and discussed the provisions of the Inter-ministerial Prakas on Immovable Registration pertaining to the CCP, and on the final day of the seminar, as an outcome of the seminar, the Co-chairperson of the MOJ and the Co-chairperson of the MLMUPC signed an agreement concerning the basic measures of immovable registrations and the fundamental policies for drafting the Law and Prakas on Immovable Registration in the future.
